Tuna Salad Stuffed Tomatoes
Tuna Salad Stuffed Tomatoes gives your average deli salad recipe a unique twist! The tomatoes make this dish extra juicy, and give it a refreshing flavor. The tuna is topped with a dilled yogurt-mayonnaise sauce, which is the perfect combination of sweet and tangy. Serving it on a bed of lettuce instead of in between two pieces of bread cuts out a lot of extra calories. You can enjoy this dish anytime throughout the year, but it makes a perfect light lunch to pack for a picnic on a warm, sunny day.
