Ingredients
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon ginger root, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
Instructions
- Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 to 8 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Serve warm.
