    PLANTERS Peanut Dipping Sauce

    For one of the most flavorful dipping sauce recipes out there, whip up this PLANTERS Peanut Dipping Sauce recipe from Chef Marcus Samuelsson. With soy sauce, ginger and chili paste, this dipping sauce will wake up your taste buds.

    Notes

    Substitute Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) for the chili paste if desired.

    Ingredients

    • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
    • 3/4 cup coconut milk
    • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Creamy Peanut Butter
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon ginger root, minced
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon nam pla (fish sauce)
    • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1 teaspoon chili paste
    • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

    Instructions

    1. Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium-low heat 5 to 8 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.
       
    2. Serve warm.
