I have been wanting to try out buffalo cauliflower wings!! Apparently, you can hardly taste the difference and won't miss the chicken! I am so excited to to try the healthier version of this recipe!

I've baked Sriracha buffalo cauliflower before and people didn't know they weren't chicken until I told them! I'm a huge fan of replacing chicken with cauliflower!
