"These homemade vegan fruit snacks are a fun healthy gummy treat for kids or adults that you can make in any fruity flavor or shape with just 3 ingredients! The key ingredient to this recipe is a vegan gelatin substitute: agar agar powder. In addition to the agar, all you need is fruit juice in your favorite flavor and either a liquid sweetener or fruit jam of choice. A little whisking, a little simmering, a couple hours to set, and you will have delicious vegan gummies for a sweet healthy snack!"
