Ingredients
- Jarlsberg Lite cheese
- Peanut butter
- Cereal, crushed
Instructions
- Using cheese plane, cut 8 very thin slices (total 1 ounce) from block of Jarlsberg Lite (or have deli department slice very thin).
- Spread each cheese slice with some peanut butter and roll in crushed cereal.
- Place in zip-lock sandwich bag. Serve with apple, pear or other favorite fruit.
