"This is the best tom yum recipe ever! No, it is not tom yum goong, it is pork rib tom yum, which is just as good, if not better. This Thai hot and sour soup takes about an hour to cook simply because you want the pork ribs to be tender. Although tamarind is used to add sourness to the soup, you can definitely just go with fresh lime juice if you cannot find any tamarind. Just make sure you don't leave out any of the herbs."
