Tangy Barbecue Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 2 tablespoons seasoned dry whole wheat bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup low sodium jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup reduced sugar orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Using a Pastry Blender, combine chopped onion, egg white, ground turkey, bread crumbs, sage and garlic ; mix well.
- Wash your hands well and then form meatballs. Place the meatballs in a single layer in baking dish. Bake 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in combine cranberry sauce. marmalade, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce to form the barbecue sauce. Mix the sauce well and pour over meatballs. Bake another 20 minutes.
