    Beef MATCH Asian Meatballs

    This super easy Asian cooking recipe is from MATCH® vegan meat alternatives. Flavored with coriander and ginger, these vegetarian meatballs are bound to be a delight at your next get-together.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound beef MATCH® vegan meat alternative
    • 2 tablespoons chives, dried
    • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 1 teaspoon coriander
    • 1 teaspoon dried ginger
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
    • 1/2 teaspoon Sambal

    Instructions

    1. Mix all ingredients with Beef MATCH®.

    2. Form into desired size meatballs.

    3. Sauté on non-stick prepared surface on medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes until browned or until heated through.

    4. Serve with your favorite Asian sauce atop rice or rice noodles.
