I like to make a bunch of meal bowls like this ahead of time, and keep them in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap. That way when I am busy during the day, spelunking in the fridge for something quick to eat, I can grab this as opposed to an unhealthy snack or a trip through the drive - through. And the great part is, you can have a huge bowl of this stuff and not have to feel guilty! I like this warm or cold!
