These tacos look so flavorful. I'm not vegan, but I would love to give these a try. After all, I've never met a taco I didn't like!

The hearts of palm and slaw filling for these tacos could even easily be enjoyed on it's own as a festive side dish to your next Mexican - themed dinner party! When eating healthier food options, spicy things always work out the best for me! I might also serve them with some fresh avocado slices.
