Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, pulsed in a processor (leave some chunks for texture)
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 1/2 cup xylitol or sugar
- 125 grams Earth Balance, about 1/2 cup
Instructions
- Mix together the oats, nuts, coconut, sugar and flour.
- Melt Earth Balance and agave over a low heat, then add in the baking soda and stir.
- Mix until combined and bake at 175 degrees C (about 350 degrees F) for 15 minutes.
