    Adele McConnell-Cummins - Food Blogger

Adele McConnell - Food BloggerAdele is the founder of Vegie Head- a website that started by accident! Taking photos of her food and posting them on Facebook, she had an overwhelming response for her recipes, and saw the demand for tasty, low-fat, healthy, plant-based recipes.

Having been a vegetarian for 10 years, and recently vegan, she was sick of seeing 'healthy' vegan recipes that are based around processed foods and fake meats. Having a meat-eating husband, she knows how hard it is to feed non-vegetarians/vegans, and makes the dishes as appealing as possible. Vegetables, fruits, legumes, beans and grains all feature on her website, but be sure to check out the desserts as well! There is always room for something sweet and healthy!

Adele also has raw recipes on her website- desserts, smoothies and also a raw noodle dish that tastes amazing. You will never miss the pasta!

What is 'coconut cream'? Like coconut milk? Never heard of coconut cream. Thanx for a response.

Hi dbissun 3429620, Coconut cream is very similar to coconut milk, except it has less water. Hope this helps! Kaitlin, FaveHealthyRecipes Editor
