Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes of your choice, cubed
- 1/2 cup DeLallo Olive Medley, pitted
- 1/4 cup fresh oregano, minced
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup DeLallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Arrange potatoes and olives on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss to combine.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
