Stuffed Meatballs
Who says that an easy meatballs recipe can't have a surprise inside? These Stuffed Meatballs from Lindsay Olives contain a whole olive inside each of these ground beef orbs. Best of all, these meatballs are ready in just 30 minutes. This is an appetizer meatballs recipe you won't soon forget!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
- 1/2 cup cooked bulgur wheat
- 1 fresh green onion, chopped
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 20 Lindsay® Almond Stuffed Queen Olives, drained
Instructions
- In small bowl, thoroughly mix beef, bulgur, onion, egg white, basil, marjoram, parsley, and tomato sauce.
- Flatten 1 tablespoon meat mixture into patty. Place one olive in middle of meat patty and pinch meat around olive to form meatball. Repeat with remaining meat and olives.
- Warm nonstick pan over medium heat, cook meatballs uncovered, turning occasionally to brown all sides. Cover and continue to cook until done, about 5 minutes.
