Peanut Butter Pancakes
"Lent starts tomorrow for those that observe. Before the fasting that occurs during Lenten season, some like to celebrate by eating pancakes the day before Ash Wednesday. This day is also called Shrove Tuesday, Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras depending on what country you’re in. Whether or not you observe Lent, I think we can all agree that a day dedicated to pancakes is a good idea. And, oh my goodness, do I have a delicious way for you to celebrate today! Peanut Butter Pancakes with Maple Peanut Butter Syrup! You are going to want to make these as asap!"

Ooh, these peanut butter pancakes look so tasty. I haven't had pancakes in so long, so I think I'll make a stack this weekend!

I've never heard of peanut butter maple syrup! I love melted peanut butter so this sounds like something right up my alley.

These peanut butter pancakes look like something the whole family will enjoy. I thought about making a peanut butter version before, but didn't know how to incorporate the sticky stuff into the batter. I also wondered if it might burn easily when cooking. But this recipe I great! I want to try them with a little bit of warmed hazelnut chocolate spread over the top, or even a strawberry compote, kind of like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
