Chicken Katsu
"Chicken Katsu is a golden deep-fried boneless chicken cutlet. It's a popular dish in Japan, where it came from. This is your kind of food if you love deep-fried chicken, like Kentucky fried chicken, or Schnitzel. Turns out you can make it at home too. I take you through the process. It's rather simple! First coat the chicken in flour, then dip it in egg, and at last coat with panko bread crumbs. Panko bread crumbs absorb less oil, making this a healthier fried chicken option. Watch my video on how to make your own easy chicken katsu at home. "
