Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded lightly
- 3 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 2 cups DeLallo Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a shallow bowl, coat chicken with egg whites. In another shallow dish, press chicken breasts into Parmesan cheese. Arrange chicken on a baking sheet. Bake until crisp and golden, about 20 minutes.
