Florida Sunshine Chicken Recipe

"Florida orange juice always reminds me of sunshine. Maybe its the color, maybe its the bright and fresh flavor. I have a recipe that I LOVE to make if or when we have extra orange juice in the fridge and it's about to expire. I use it as a marinade and sauce ingredient for a super simple and DELICIOUS chicken recipe. The acid in the juice tenderizes the meat in the marinade. And the sweetness of the oranges balances so well with the stronger flavors of the onion and garlic. It may seem like a lot of marinade, but trust me, everyone will be asking for extra sauce for over their rice and chicken. Once you add the chicken to the marinade, DO NOT taste it anymore until after the chicken is completely cooked!"
