We all love the flavor of buffalo chicken in our family, but doing traditional buffalo wings can be very high in fat and there's not that much meat on them. This recipe uses breast meat which is healthier and a lot less messy to eat! I love the crunch that the carrots and celery give to this dish, and the leftovers are really good reheated for lunch the next day!
