These individual pudding cakes consist of all of the tastes of the season; rich spices, dates, currants, and prunes. They're moist and fruity, best served warm. Preferably right out of the oven! They're traditionally served with brandy poured on top and set aflame. If that's a little too extreme for you, they taste just as good with the brandy on the rocks alongside your Christmas dessert.
