"Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bars – delicious little snack cake bites full of a summer garden staple. I’m calling these zucchini bars because they aren’t sweet enough to be cake. They do have a bit of sweetness and are just sweet enough if you ask me. And, although it’s comparable in texture to a quick bread, I chose to cut them into squares instead of slices. Even the kids love these! I mean, there is chocolate involved after all! :) Eat Your Veggies!"

I don't have that much of a sweet tooth, but I do like things like banana bread and zucchini bread. I think that these would be something I would really enjoy, and with zucchini in abundance right now, there is no excuse for me not to try them! Since they are a little chocolatey, they would be great for with my morning coffee!
