- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter, Creamy or chunky, your preference!
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup quick oats
- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips
- ¼ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- Tools needed: 1 medium-sized bowl, electric mixer, parchment paper, and two 8 x 8 square pans
