Love this healthy option! My fiance and I love chicken teriyaki, and this recipe is a perfect, easy dinner. He is also gluten free (so, I tend to eat GF dinners too for convenience), and all we had to do to this recipe is substitute the soy sauce for tamari (GF soy sauce that really tastes no different than regular soy sauce) )
