The crust could not be any easier to make with just 3 ingredients and a quick mix with a fork until it is crumbly and sticky. Press it into the pan, layer in the chopped dates, then blend up the creamy caramel filling and pour it on top. And the best part is the leftover crust doubles as the delicious baked-till-golden-brown streusel. Delicious, elegant, and easy!"
