No Bake Almond Joy Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt, to taste
- Shredded coconut and chocolate chips, for rolling
Instructions

Blend dates, almonds, oats, coconut, vanilla and salt in a food processor (blender or Magic Bullet). Blend well.

Form 1-inch balls and roll them in shredded coconut and chocolate chips.
