"Pound cake recipes are so versatile! You can pretty much put any type of cake batter into a loaf pan and call it a pound cake. So that's exactly what I did with this one. Whether you're following a gluten free or paleo diet or not, I think we can all agree just how delicious this Vanilla Cream Cheese Pound Cake is! I usually love sprinkling powdered sugar on mine, but once I discovered the paleo frosting as well, I've shamelessly converted!"
