With just the ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, you can cook up these simpe and healthy recipes in no time.
- Easy Baked Chicken with Dijon and Balsamic Vinegar
This is a traditional and easy Italian chicken recipe that you probably don't realize you've ever had before. To cut the bite from the balsamic, try adding a few teaspoons of honey to sweeten things up. If you don't have any of the required herbs or spices, we won't tell on you! The recipe usually calls for rosemary, but use what you've got. Serve with these Simple Grilled Italian Vegetables.
- Easy Garlic Lime Chicken
One thing you should always have in your kitchen is garlic. It's great in salad dressings, marinades or in dips for an appetizer. It is a basic ingredient in many different styles of cooking, so we hope you have some on hand! Another vital ingredient is any type of citrus, either limes or lemons. These make up sauces, are great with fruit or in drinks. So go back to basics with Garlic Lime Chicken, and try the same sauce on your veggies too.
- Easy Balsamic Chicken
We're back to balsamic again! This recipe uses the vegetables to bring extra flavor to the sauce. The balsamic vinegar just brings everything together. The recipe calls for dark balsamic vinegar, but we think it's okay if you use whatever you've got. This dish would be perfect with some rosemary mashed potatoes or on top of whole-wheat pasta. Yum!
