Baked Salmon with Sherry

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh salmon slices, 1/2 inch thick
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup sherry
- 1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Place salmon slices in baking dish, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine remaining ingredients, and pour over fish.
- Bake until tender in hot oven 400 degrees F about 1/2 hour. Do not over cook. Serve immediately.
