The Brieftons Salad Spinner is a simple, yet functional tool that helps you to make the best salad recipes. Simply place washed and wet lettuce into the colander and pump the handle until all the water has collected in the bowl and the lettuce is dry. This ensures you have clean and crisp lettuce every time. 

The colander sits in a large plastic bowl. This is designed to allow the water to collect while you spin the lettuce. The bowl also doubles as storage for freshly dried lettuce that you would like to save for later. 

The Salad Spinner is not solely for lettuce. You can use it to dry other washed fruits and vegetables, but you can also use it for other foods you may not have thought to use it on. Brieftons suggests using it to also separate water from cooked pasta, to remove seeds from canned tomatoes, and even to dry fresh herbs.

I really like that the salad spinner has a lock mode so that the lid doesn't get separated or lost. This is a great function for storing because all the pieces stay in place. A stop button also allows you to stop spinning at any point. The user-friendly design of this salad spinner makes it a great purchase.
