Low Fat Pasta Primavera
This healthy dish is an great quick dinner recipe for kids. With only a handful of cheap ingredients, you can make a dinner masterpiece with this healthy and quick recipe.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat linguine pasta
- 1 pound frozen vegetable mixtures
- 1 jar low fat alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Add vegetables during the last 8 minutes. Drain.
- Combine all remaining ingredients. Heat through.
