Low Fat Pasta Primavera

This healthy dish is an great quick dinner recipe for kids. With only a handful of cheap ingredients, you can make a dinner masterpiece with this healthy and quick recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole wheat linguine pasta
  • 1 pound frozen vegetable mixtures
  • 1 jar low fat alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons lemon peel, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add vegetables during the last 8 minutes. Drain.
     
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients. Heat through.
