Ingredients
- 1 prepared pie crust
- 1 can organic pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup organic coconut palm sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon egg replacer mixed with 1/4 cup water (you can also use 2 eggs)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves

Combine cornstarch with a small amount of water and stir to dissolve.
