BLT Wedge Salad

And I just read that "the Longhorn" is the number one steakhouse in America!!!!!! All their food is "The bomb"!

This is very similar to a salad being served by "Longhorn Steak House". The only difference I see in the two recipes is they use Romaine Lettuce rather than iceberg. It is one really great salad.
