"This simple Greek Salad is the perfect side dish - the homemade dressing takes just minutes to make, and the salad can even be mixed up ahead of time! This Greek salad uses tomatoes, cucumber, yellow pepper, black olives, red onion and feta cheese for a healthy, veggie filled side dish. The yellow pepper may not be typical - Greek salad usually uses green pepper - but we like the yellow in it! The homemade dressing is filled with lemon and is absolutely delicious!"
