I can't wait until my garden strawberries are ready this June so that I can show them off in this amazing salad! The quinoa and pecans give it a nice dose of protein and substance, and avocados are about one of my most favorite things right now! And so packed with nutritious ingredients! What is there not to love?

This salad is amazing! Made it twice in 3 day & can't wait ti make it again. I used feta cheesebecause I don't like goat cheese.
