Summer Crunch Chopped Salad
Summer is finally on its way. It's the season for eating light meals and not turning on your oven (it's just way too hot). Make this Summer Crunch Chopped Salad on the next warm day. It's really easy to throw together and since it's garnished with edible flowers, it's also pretty! This healthy salad recipe is going to be a hit at summer barbecues, but you can also take it to work for lunch. It's crunchy, delicious, and full of refreshing ingredients that just taste of summer. Feel free to get creative with this healthy salad and mix and match ingredients.

I love the pretty color of this salad, and the varying textures of the crunchy vegetables, I just don't think I could do the big marigolds on it - maybe just a few petals for accent. I do love how simple and fresh this dressing is with the bright flavor of the fresh lemons shining through. As long as you're in the garden picking vegetables, pick a couple of flowers too!

This is the prettiest salad I've ever seen! I'll definitely be trying this over the summer!
