Ingredients
- 2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup margarine (or equivalent butter substitute), melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix Heart Smart Bisquick, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms.
- Drop by spoonsful onto an ungreased cooking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix margarine (or equivalent butter substitute) and garlic powder.
- Brush mixture over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet.

Since I am Celiac, I will try these with the new Betty Crocker Gluten Free Bisquick. Sure hope they turn out.
