"THE PROCESS Making perfect roasted sweet potato pieces is almost as easy as slicing a loaf of bread, or at least I think so. Step 1: Cut a sweet potato into bite-sized pieces. Step 2: Line a pan with parchment paper and lightly spray the sweet potato pieces on each side with the oil of your choice. Step 3: Roast at 400 degrees and flip after 25 minutes. Step 4: Eat the dang things because what else is there to do?"
