Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked and then sprouted for 1-1/2 days (You can omit this sprouting, if you like)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast (optional)
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until a lumpy batter is formed.

Roll/pat the mixture into 2-inch sticks, and place onto a dehydrator sheet.

Dehydrate at 100 degrees F for 18 to 24 hours until slightly crispy on the outside. Eat them warm!
