Biskuitschöberl
"We call them biskuitschöberl. The problem is it’s authentically Austrian and doesn’t exist anywhere else (not even in Germany). There is no appropriate translation or rather nothing to really do justice to how great these biskuitschöberl really are. These delicious biskuitschöberl are made from a biscuit pastry dough and herbs. The are then cut into diamond shape and baked. These biskuitschöberl are usually added to clear soups, and can be called a dumpling of sorts. Looking to replace your boring breadsticks, then try these diamond shaped biskuitschöberl."
