Creamy Tomato & Blue Cheese Soup

"This Creamy Tomato and Blue Cheese Soup recipe was born of a quest for salad. Sounds weird, I know. But I was working late one night and had a hardcore hankering for some tomato and blue cheese salad with balsamic reduction. It's one of my favorite quickie dinners, but sadly we were out of tomatoes. I did find a jar of spaghetti sauce in the cabinet though and genius struck! This soup is really delicious and decadent tasting. The sweetness of the tomatoes next to the tang of blue cheese - YUM. The key is to buy a really good quality sauce. If your sauce doesn't have balsamic in it already, you can finish your soup off with a drizzle of balsamic reduction."
