I am not a vegan, nor have I ever tried a burger from that establishment. (I live in Michigan and there aren't any around here) However, I am trying to eat more healthfully in order to manage my weight. The spread you speak of looks like a great combination of zesty and sweet. It would make a great condiment for many kinds of sandwiches or as a dipping sauce. Much less caloric than a mayonnaise based sauce.

Yum! I'm always trying to cut down on my meat consumption, but as someone who loves burgers, that can be a challenge. I can't wait to try this.

I've never had an In-N-Out burger before, so this would be an easy (and healthy) way to try a similar version!
