Mango Pulp
"You know I look forward to mango season every year. Here on the Indian subcontinent, there are so many varieties of this mouth watering fruit. In our home, these fruits come by the baskets. We distribute these mangoes to friends and family, but still end up with so much. So what to do with it? Make mango pulp. It is so easy to make and a great way to preserve the pulp and not have to throw away any of this magical fruit. Since it is freezer friendly you can always defrost to use in your cooking. So next time you have all that mango and not sure what to make with it, make mango pulp!"
