I can't wait to try the Roasted Parmesan Asparagus! I usually just saute asparagus with a bit of oil, salt, and pepper, but it will be great to try something new.

Asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables. I usually keep it pretty simple. I put it on a cookie sheet or in a casserole dish, put a little olive oil on it, some garlic and salt, and stick it in the oven for about 10 minutes. It's simple and delicious.
