This is a very interesting take on a veggie burger. I've made burgers and sub sandwiches with black beans and even portobello mushrooms before, but have never tried them using cauliflower before. I imagine these would taste great to me, since I like to make vegan buffalo wings using cauliflower. The ranch flavor is a nice addition as well.
