Super Quick Rice with Kidney Beans

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 can (15-1/2 ounce) kidney beans, drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 low sodium chicken bouillon cubes
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups quick cooking brown rice, uncooked
Instructions
- Coat large skillet with a light layer of cooking spray.
- Cook and stir green pepper and onion in skillet on medium heat until tender.
- Stir in water, kidney beans, chicken bouillon and hot sauce. Bring to boil. Stir in brown rice; cover.
- Remove from heat. Let stand five minutes.
