Balsamic Chicken Protein Bowl with Spaghetti Squash

This reminds me of a really tasty pasta dish I ordered recently from an Italian restaurant, but so much healthier! Spaghetti squash is a great choice for replacing pasta or rice in savory dishes. Not only is it very low in calories, but it is a great source of dietary fiber and is rich in vitamin C and vitamin A.
