Tender and Juicy Air Fryer Chicken Breasts

The air fryer does an amazing job of locking in the juices and giving you a perfect crisp on the outside. The prep time is 5 minutes and cook time is only 12 minutes, making this a quick and easy dinner. You can serve it with a side salad, mashed potatoes, or your favorite vegetable. "
Notes*Please note that the thickness of the chicken breast and the type/size of air fryer you are using can affect the cook time for this recipe. Be sure to keep an eye on the chicken so it doesn't cook too long!

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- pinch Chili flakes

Combine the seasonings into a small bowl.

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning mixture on both sides.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-aerosol olive oil spray. Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket so they are not touching, to allow air to flow between the chicken. You may need to cook in batches so the chicken is not overcrowded.

Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes at 390 degrees or until crispy on the outside and still juicy on the inside. Use a meat thermometer to make sure internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.

Remove from air fryer and let sit for 3 minutes before cutting.
