Lighter Eggnog Custard
Am I the only person who enjoys dinner, but just thinks of it as something you need to do to get to dessert? This is especially true around the holidays. Holiday dinners are so savory, though, that sometimes it's hard to save room for my favorite course. When that dessert is something as heavy as eggnog custard, forget about it. However, I think I could save some room for this Lighter Eggnog Custard. All it takes is some 2% milk instead of whole milk or cream to make these delectable little custards lighter, without having to sacrifice creaminess.
