Lemon Blueberry Bars
Who says that a sweet, tasty treat has to be a "guilty" pleasure? Lemon Blueberry Bars prove that you can satisfy your sweet tooth without ruining your diet. This healthy dessert recipe uses a low-fat graham cracker crust and sugar-free condensed milk. They taste just as scrumptious and filling as regular dessert bars, but they're much better for your health. The sweetness of the blueberries is a perfect contrast to the tartness of the lemons, and this treat is guaranteed to please your entire family.

I often use lower fat and sugar condensed milk when I make desserts like key lime pie. I find it works really well. To replace some of the flavor from reduced fat I add more flavor from juices and rinds. Lemon and lime rind add a fresh intense burst of flavor to recipes.
