Linzer Cookies

"Linzer cookies are Christmas cookies from Austria. They have been traditionally made for over a hundred years and are called that way thanks to the city of Linz. The cookies are filled with jam and are easily recognizable due to the three-circle opening at the top of the cookie. Linzer cookies are prepared with almond flour making them melt in the mouth cookies. They are slightly seasoned with warm spices and you won't be able to stop yourself from eating them. We make a tin full of those and gift them to your family and friends during the advent season. "
